Molten Creek® – Return & Refund Policy

At Molten Creek®, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

For hygiene reasons, underwear and intimate apparel cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

To initiate a return, contact us at contact@moltencreek.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges
We offer exchanges for a different size or color, subject to stock availability.

Exchanges follow the same conditions as returns.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or wrong item, please email us within 7 days of delivery with:

Your order number.

Photos showing the issue.

We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
